So often when we are craving CONNECTION, we aren’t actually energetically open for it. Maybe we have said things in the past after being hurt like, “I will never love again”, or “I will never let myself go through an experience like this again” after experiencing something painful or even heart-breaking.

 

While it is up to us to embody the lessons from our own unique experiences, it is also up to us to trust that once we have truly embodied those lessons, we WON’T have to experience them again. Whenever we declare these things from a place of pain (due to the fear of being hurt again), we may actually be closing ourselves off to connections that are indeed meant for us.

 

Your heart is like a beautiful and infinite rose, with the ability to blossom within every precious layer of petals. The more you allow it to open, the more you will be energetically aligned to receive all that is meant for you in this lifetime and beyond. While it is so important to pay attention to the cycles, patterns and habits that have proved to no longer serve us, it is equally important to trust ourselves and the Universe; knowing that it is safe to live with an open heart.

 

Living with an open heart is so much more than just being open to romantic connections. LIving with an open heart means trusting ourselves to show up authentically in every area and aspect of our lives, no matter what. It means to live from a grounded space of compassion, grace, peace and of course, LOVE. The more love we put out into the world with an open heart, the more it will return to us, significantly multiplied in greater ways than we can even imagine.
