Dear 30 year old me.

Buckle up sister, you are in for a wild ride!

 

Your 30’s will see you heal your relationship with food.

And therefore yourself, your self love will lead you down a path of heart led leadership.

You will wonder why people leave,

And wonder why you let some stay.

You will learn to cut things lose,

And you will learn how to start to fly.

You will inspire many,

And trigger more :p!

You will go deep into shadow work, unearthing your own and others’ shadows for global healing.

You will find spirit, universe / god and this will open up a powerful version of you which you kept hidden.

 

In the next 10 years you will:

Help 1000’s of women fall in love with their bodies.

Show them how to get stronger, fitter & enjoy exercise!

You will change the lives of many by sharing your journey & your vulnerability.

You will open 3 hugely successful businesses!

You will release relationships and people - don't fight it. Let them go <3

The moon and the stars will become your guiding light.

You will thrive during a pandemic and have your eyes, mind & heart blown wide open by what you see.

You will start a podcast!

You will employ 7 staff!

You will own and be the CEO of a business more successful than you can begin to imagine.

You will manifest all those moments you dream of.

 

Until at the age of 39 you will be living the actual dream LIFE you described at the age of 34….

Your 39th year will hold pain & the biggest spiritual initiation of your life.

Hold on - it will be painful but you got this!

You will hit rock bottom.

I’m with you every step of the way.

With pain comes power.

You are going to alchemise it… and come out lighter, stronger and inspired.

You are about to have one of the biggest spiritual awakenings of your LIFE on a trip to Egypt.
