What feels constrictive in your body and how can you remove or do less of that now? 

 

Take a moment to quieten the noise, to tune out & tune back in. It’s time to stop looking outside of yourself and realise just how powerful you are. 

 

Regardless of what you’ve been told or have believed in the past, you have the capacity to direct your intentions and will your desires into being. But first you must take time to own and acknowledge this.
